Calyx builds automatic wildfire protection for homes. This site lets you reserve early access and check whether we have reached your area. When this policy says “we” or “Calyx,” it means the team operating calyx.homes.

We only collect what you choose to give us:

• Reservation details. When you reserve a place, we collect your name, email address, and ZIP code.
• Availability checks. When you check coverage in the availability section, we use the ZIP code you enter.
• Basic technical data. Our host records standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) needed to serve and secure the site.

We do not collect payment information. Reserving a place does not require a card or any payment.

• To contact you about your reservation and early access.
• To understand demand by region, so we can plan where to roll out first.
• To send occasional updates about Calyx, which you can stop at any time.
• To operate, secure, and improve the site.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

We rely on a small number of trusted providers to run the site:

• Brevo handles our email delivery and contact list. Your name and email are stored there so we can reach you.
• Vercel hosts the website and processes the standard technical data described above.

These providers may process your information only to provide their service to us, under their own privacy and security commitments.

When you reserve a place, you agree to receive email from us about Calyx. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. You can also ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by writing to the address below.

We keep your reservation details until you ask us to remove them, or until they are no longer needed for the purposes above. Technical logs are kept for a short period by our host and then rotated out.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to keep the data we hold safe.

This site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy as Calyx grows. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date above. Significant changes will be made clear on this page.
