Calyx is developing automatic wildfire protection for homes. This website, calyx.homes, shares what we are building and lets you reserve a place in line for early access. The product is in development, and the information here describes our intended design.

This is the most important part, so we want to be plain about it:

• Reserving a place is free. We do not collect payment, and you owe us nothing.
• A reservation is an expression of interest, not an order or a contract to buy.
• We do not guarantee pricing, availability, features, or delivery dates.
• Reserving does not guarantee that Calyx will be offered in your area.

If and when Calyx becomes available to you, any actual purchase will be covered by separate terms that you can review at that time.

When you reserve, you agree to receive email from us about Calyx. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any message. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

The Calyx name, logo, site content, designs, and visualizations are owned by Calyx and protected by intellectual property laws. The underlying technology is patent pending. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse this material without our written permission.

Renderings, animations, and demonstrations on this site illustrate how Calyx is designed to work. They are for illustration, may not reflect final performance, and should not be taken as a promise of any specific result in a real wildfire.

This website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Calyx will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or from reserving a place. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute relating to these terms or the site will be handled in the courts located in California.

We may update these terms as Calyx develops. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
